Terms of use and cancellation policy

1. General

1. The mytik.co.il website and the Myתיק service (the "Service") are operated by We Graphics, business no. 040066698, of Jerusalem, Bet Hanina Alzytuna St.5 (the "Company").
2. Using the website, registering to the Service and purchasing a subscription constitute acceptance of these terms. The Hebrew version prevails in case of a discrepancy.

2. The Service

1. The Service is an online system (SaaS) for businesses and accounting offices in Israel: receiving and scanning invoices, issuing invoices and receipts, customer statements, VAT reports, allocation numbers and a deadlines calendar.
2. The Service is not accounting, legal or tax advice. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data, for reporting to the authorities and for keeping original documents as required by law.

3. Registration and account

1. Correct and complete details must be provided when registering and ordering.
2. The user is responsible for keeping the username and password confidential and for every action in the account, including by users they added.

4. Prices and payment

1. Prices on the website are in New Israeli Shekels, shown before VAT together with the total including VAT.
2. Payment is made by credit card on the clearing company's secure payment page. Card details never pass through the Company's servers and are not stored by it.
3. A tax invoice/receipt is emailed for every payment.
4. The subscription (monthly or yearly, per the chosen plan) renews automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. Price changes are announced at least 30 days in advance, and the customer may cancel before they take effect.

5. Trial period

The Service can be tried for 45 days free of charge. After the trial the Service continues only after purchasing a subscription.

6. Cancellation and refunds

1. Cancellation within 14 days: under section 14C of the Consumer Protection Law, 1981, the transaction may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction or of receiving the transaction details document, whichever is later. The money is refunded within 14 days of the cancellation notice, less a cancellation fee of 5% of the price or ILS 100, whichever is lower.
2. Cancelling an ongoing subscription: the subscription may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect within 3 business days of the notice, and nothing is charged for the period after it.
3. A yearly subscription paid in advance and cancelled after the 14 days: the proportional part for the full months remaining until the end of the period is refunded.
4. Cancellation notice may be given by email (info@MyTik.net), phone or WhatsApp (0586579593), or registered mail to the Company's address. A confirmation is sent by email.
5. The cancellation rights under the law are granted to all customers of the Service, including businesses.

7. Your data

The data and documents you entered belong to you. After the subscription ends, a full backup can be downloaded for 30 days; after that the Company may delete them.

8. Availability and support

The Company works to keep the Service available, but interruptions may occur for maintenance or for reasons beyond its control. Technical support is free and available 24/7 on WhatsApp (and also by phone and email).

9. Limitation of liability

The Company is not liable for indirect or consequential damage. In any case its liability is limited to the amount the customer paid for the Service in the 12 months before the event.

10. Intellectual property

All rights in the software, design and website content are reserved to the Company and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

11. Privacy

The use of personal information is subject to the website's privacy policy.

12. Changes to the terms

The Company may update these terms. The binding version is the one published at the time of purchase; customers are notified of material changes.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
