1. General

We Graphics (the "Company") respects the privacy of the users of the website and of the Myתיק service. This policy explains what information is collected, what it is used for and to whom it is passed, under the Protection of Privacy Law, 1981.

2. What we collect

• Order and account details: business name, business number, contact name, phone, email and username.
• Information users enter into the Service: customer and supplier details, invoices, receipts, scanned documents and images, and accounting data.
• Documents sent to the system by WhatsApp, together with the sender's phone number.
• Technical information: IP address, browser type and the system's action log, for security and control.
• Credit card details are not collected or stored by us — they are typed only on the clearing company's payment page.

3. What it is used for

• To provide the Service, open the account and give support.
• To issue invoices and receipts and to collect payment.
• To send service messages, reminders and updates (by email or browser notifications, if allowed).
• To secure the system and prevent misuse.

4. Passing to third parties

• The information is not sold and not passed for third-party marketing. It is passed only to the service providers needed, and only as needed:
• The clearing company — to process payment.
• The smart document-reading service (AI) — a document image is sent for reading only when the user runs smart reading.
• The WhatsApp provider — to receive documents sent by WhatsApp.
• Browser notification and email services — to send messages.
• Authorities, when required by law.

5. Information security

The website and system run over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Passwords are stored hashed, keys to outside services are stored encrypted, and each account's data is kept separately. No system is completely immune, but we follow common practice.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The website uses necessary cookies only: to remember the sign-in, the language and the last account. Accessibility settings are stored on your device only. No advertising cookies are used.

7. Retention

Information is kept while the account is active and as required by law. After the subscription ends a backup can be downloaded for 30 days; after that the information may be deleted.

8. Your rights

To review the information about you and ask to correct it or delete what is no longer needed — by contacting us. We reply within 30 days.
